If you are not satisfied with a particular class, session, or gym experience, please contact us within 7 days of the service. We will assess the concern and may offer a rebooking, credit, or partial refund depending on the issue.
If the gym is forced to close temporarily for more than 5 consecutive days (excluding holidays or planned maintenance), members may request a pro-rated refund or have the days added to their membership duration.
